  • Tomtor

    Russia’s largest and one of the world’s largest rare earth elements (REE) and ferroniobium deposits, located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

    Participation Period: 2014–2019
    Results achieved:
    •    The joint venture with ICT Group received a license to develop the deposit
    •    A detailed exploration of the deposit’s reserves was carried out. A feasibility study of conditions was carried out in 2017, and the reserves were put on the balance sheet of the State Reserves Committee
    •    ICT Group bought out RT-BD’s stake in the project in 2019

  • Erdenet

    One of the largest copper and molybdenum deposits in Asia, located in Mongolia, was founded by the USSR in 1974

    Participation Period: 2015–2016
    Results achieved:
    •    Restored participation in corporate governance
    •    Preparation and implementation of an anti-crisis plan. Costs per tonne of concentrate were reduced by 23%
    •    49% of Rostec’s stake was sold to an outside investor in June 2016

  • Sukhoi Log

    Russia’s largest gold deposit

    Participation Period: 2016–2020
    Results achieved:
    •    Established LLC SL Zoloto, a joint venture with PJSC Polyus, won at auction for the right to develop the deposit
    •    PJSC Polyus acquired RT-BD’s stake in the project ahead of schedule in 2020

  • International joint venture for helicopters and drone manufacturing

    Exclusive investment advisor for attracting Tawazun sovereign fund capital to VR-Technologies

    Results achieved:
    •    Negotiations carried out on valuation of the business and the basic terms of the deal
    •    Successfully passed buyer due diligence
    •    The deal documents have been approved and signed
